Anurag Kashyap has remained the most vocal filmmaker in B Town. His participation in the recently ignited debate on nepotism is worth remembering. He was targeted by Kangana a couple of times for his remarks on her and on the inside vs. outside debate in Bollywood. Although Kangana was supported by many of her fans and others in B Town, she was equally slammed by Anurag Kashyap and divas like Taapsee Pannu and Swara Bhaskar whom Kangi called as B grade actresses.
Anurag Kashyap was seen talking about this issue and his daughter Alia about making her debut in Bollywood. While speaking in an interview, he said that Alia is now an adult and she has to choose her career. He added saying that if she chooses acting as her career, she has to struggle and work hard to achieve in her life. He said that she cannot just come to him and say that she wants to become an actor. He said he wants her daughter to learn the skills and the art of acting first and then enter.
He said that her daughter has to give auditions to get any role. He said she is an urban kid and not a street kid like her father. The Dev D director further said that he and Kangana used to be good friends but he now fails to understand the new Kangana. Talking about his next film, he is all set to bring out the movie called Womaniya on floor with Taapsee Pannu as the leading lady of the film.
