As she undergoes treatment for stage two liver cancer, Dipika talked candidly about the challenges she faces on a daily basis. As part of her continuous treatment, Dipika Kakar revealed in her vlog on September 2, 2025, that she had contracted a viral fever. The actress Sasural Simar Ka stated that she has been administered a large amount of anti-allergy and antibacterial medications. She frequently suffered side effects from the medicine.
