Dhurandhar Set to Be Ranveer Singh’s Longest Film with Over 3 Hours Runtime

All eyes are on Dhurandhar, and anticipation for its trailer is mounting. Originally scheduled for release on November 12, the trailer launch was postponed to Tuesday, November 18 due to recent events. As fans eagerly await to see if the trailer lives up to the excitement of the teaser, As per the Bollywood portal Bollywood Hungama has learned that Dhurandhar follows the trend of recent big-budget films by being notably lengthy.

A source shared with Bollywood Hungama, “Dhurandhar boasts a vast and expansive storyline. The narrative centers on Ranveer Singh’s character and his journey, while other key actors also play significant roles. Director Aditya Dhar is committed to not rushing the story, ensuring every scene captivates and engages the audience.”Currently, the film’s runtime stands at just over 3 hours—approximately 3 hours and 5 minutes.

The final duration, to be confirmed by Aditya Dhar along with Jio Studios and B62 Studios, is expected within the next 10 days. Whether the length will be trimmed or remain as is remains to be seen.If the runtime holds at around 185 minutes, Dhurandhar will become Ranveer Singh’s longest film to date. Previously, his lengthiest movie was Dil Dhadakne Do (2015) at 2 hours 51 minutes, followed by Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani (2023) at 2 hours 48 minutes in theaters. Other notable films like 83 (2021) and Padmaavat (2018) ran for 2 hours 43 minutes, while Kill Dil (2014) remains his shortest at 1 hour 57 minutes.

Alongside Ranveer Singh, Dhurandhar features a star-studded cast including Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna, R Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, and Sara Arjun. All cast members except Sanjay Dutt and Akshaye Khanna are expected to attend the trailer launch on November 18.
