Aamir Khan Gifts Bespoke QWEEN Jewelry to Gauri Spratt

In a significant show of support for the upcoming luxury jewelry brand QWEEN, actor and filmmaker Aamir Khan has become its very first customer. Ahead of the brand’s official launch this May, Khan commissioned two custom-designed rings for Gauri Spratt. This gesture is particularly notable as Aamir Khan has also joined the brand as a strategic investor, signaling a deep personal and professional commitment to the company, which is backed by industry giants Rosy Blue and Kashikey.

The two rings were designed to represent the duality and balance of emotions within a relationship. Gauri Spratt was recently seen wearing one of the pieces: a striking aquamarine ring featuring a rare, ocean-blue gemstone sourced from Brazil. This specific stone is of exceptional quality, with less than 0.3% of aquamarines found globally meeting its standards for size and purity. The gemstone is set in gold and surrounded by a halo of 40 natural diamonds, requiring over 363 hours of meticulous craftsmanship and the expertise of 131 specialists at QWEEN’s Mumbai facility.

The second commissioned piece features a natural ruby from Madagascar, a region famous for stones of intense color and depth. Rubies of this caliber are incredibly rare, representing less than 0.1% of global discoveries. This ring required an even more intensive production process, involving over 812 hours of labor to complete. Together, the aquamarine and the ruby symbolize the harmony of “fire and water,” with the ruby representing passion and the aquamarine reflecting emotional clarity.

By choosing to personally purchase these high-end pieces for a private occasion, Aamir Khan has highlighted the brand’s focus on 100% natural, experiential luxury. The move has successfully generated buzz for QWEEN’s debut, positioning it as a unique player in India’s high-end jewelry market.
