Aaliya – Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s wife records statement in court against Him & His Family
We have been hearing a rift between the actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his wife Aaliya. She has separated and hurled a few charges against him and his family members. Now, as per the latest buzz, the actor’s wife has reached the court to record her statement under the sections like 164 of the ICP in connection with her complaint against Siddiqui and his family members. She reached the POCSO court to record her statement.
While she was at the court, she had a word with Girija Shankar Tripathi the circle officer and he was the one who informed about the same stating that Aaliya has recorded her statement by appearing before the court against the actor and the family. Earlier, we had reports that Shamaz Nawab the brother of Nawazuddin Siddiqui who was on the radar for raping and cheating Aaliya. It was Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s wife who had also complained to her.
To this the actor’s brother challenged the case stating that the case hurled on him is baseless and that he would even approach the court against the allegations of rape and cheating as false. We also saw the actor’s brother tweeting about the same and shared his side of the story before the world. When Aaiya has recorded her statement against the actor and his family, we also see Saifuddin Siddiqui the brother of Nawaz stating that it is all a forge setup created by Aaliya only to squeeze money from the actor.
