83 Movie Trailer : If Ranveer Singh as a spitting image of Kapil Dev doesn’t give you goosebumps, we don’t know what will!
After a really long wait, the makers of the highly awaited film 83 have finally unveiled the trailer for India’s most famous cricket match. The cricket drama, based on the extraordinary true story of the underdogs who pulled off the unbelievable, is planned to enter theatres on December 24, 2021. 83, directed by Kabir Khan, is one of the year’s most anticipated films. The video is about India’s historic World Cup victory in 1983.
Ranveer Singh will take up Kapil Dev’s role in the film. Jiiva, Saqib Saleem, Jatin Sarna, Chirag Patil, Dinker Sharma, Nishant Dahiya, Harrdy Sandhu, Sahil Khattar, Ammy Virk, Adinath Kothare, Dhairya Karwa, R Badree, and Pankaj Tripathi also star. Romi, Kapil Dev’s wife, will be played by Deepika Padukone.

83, a Kabir Khan Films production, is presented by Reliance Entertainment and Phantom Films. The film is produced by Reliance Entertainment and PVR Pictures. 83 will be released in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam theatres. Also available in 3D.
The Tamil and Telugu versions of the film will be presented by Kamal Haasan’s Raajkamal Films International and Akkineni Nagarjuna’s Annapurna Studios, in collaboration with Reliance Entertainment. The film will be released in Malayalam and Kannada, thanks to Prithviraj’s production and Kichcha Sudeepa’s Shalini Arts.
Deepika Padukone, Kabir Khan, Vishnu Vardhan Induri, Sajid Nadiadwala, Phantom Films, and Reliance Entertainment are producing the film together.
