Ayushmann Khurrana has done it again with yet another niche film keeping away from all the insecurities of small-town guys with great perfection on the silver screen. After proving his worth with similar films like Vicky Donor, Shubh Mangal Saavdhan, Dream Girl, the actor returned with yet another niche film Bala and proved that he can rule the genre with a great difference.
With a glorious 1st day collection of 10.15 Cr at the box office, the film went going smooth on the first Saturday and Sunday as well. The first Saturday collection was much higher than the first day and so was the Sunday’s collection when compared to the rest of the two days. On Saturday, the box office collection for Bala was around 15.73 Crores, while on Sunday it scored 17.50 Crores giving a very good figure at the box office.
So, the 1st-weekend box office collection for Bala is around 43.38 Crores, which is actually a very good collection for the makers. All thanks to the excellent reviews, which the film bagged both from the critics and audience alike. Even many of the Bollywood celebs came on social media to applaud the movie. Bala has Ayushmann in the lead role apart from Bhumi Pednekar and Yami Gautam to playing the leading ladies in it, while it had Amar Kaushik as its director and Dinesh Vijan as its producer.
