Plot
The film deals with corruption found in the educational sector. Getting fake degrees from different universities and other similar institutions have become the new norm of the day. The film showcases how a bunch of people have tried to make the place like education a dirty business. Emraan plays a businessperson who runs the business of education in the name of educational consultant and carries all the stuff for the student to make them get their admissions to fake degrees on all. So, how does this man carries out this business is interesting to explore in the nearby theatres.

The film has touched a striking chord in Indian society. Today when we see Education becoming a big business more, and more people are getting lured to the easy way of getting degrees and admission in big-time colleges and courses. At such juncture, this film has come at a right time that opens up the can of worms we find in the education domain. The film has perfectly showcased a rot inside the educational sector and how people are making easy money taking the nation for a ride. The director has gone overboard to show how these practices have gone overboard in Indian society when we find Educational institutes still a temple of learning. Or maybe he has tried to showcase how the conditions in this sector have become grim in the past few years.
Talking about the performances, Emraan Hashmi while playing the character of the big fish that has spread the rot in the educational sea has played an unusual role. In fact, he has nailed it by playing a lousy businessman in this sector. Then comes the lady Shreya Dhanwanthary who has done a decent job despite being her debut film. She has impressed with her decent acting skills and announced that she would go for a long way. The other aspects of the film like music, direction, editing, screenplay and other things have remained par to the requirements making things perfect for the film to get higher reviews.
