Conflict can be called as the real spice in Bollywood world, be it in the real or the reel life. Apart from the on screen rivalries seen in between the B Town stars, in their real life too you can find similar sort of rivalries being carried out in their real life as well, right from SRK to Salman and Aamir, there are several other rivalries, which are apparently discussed in the B Town. If you are not aware about the same, consider checking the top ten star rivalries found in the Bollywood:
1). Salman Khan Vs. Shah Rukh Khan
2). Deepika Padukone Vs. Sonam Kapoor
Next are the new comers in the B Town – Deepika and Sonam. The duo are just seen one film down, however, it simply do not stop them from getting into rivalries. Sonam turned out very much confident that a nice film background of her can make her a good star in Bollywood in the very same year when Deepika Padukone embarked the Tinsel Town. However, Sonam’s debut movie didn’t do well, which wasn’t the case with Deepika’s Om Shanti Om, thus making the two rivals.
3). Abhishek Bachchan v/s Hrithik Roshan
The good friends of old time, however, today they are competitors who seldom meet in formal dos. The two started their career almost at the same time, however, Hrithik was lucky enough to get a good start giving one of the hits to Bollywood, while Abhishek was seen struggling even for the bigger banner movies and his presence really pitted the movie badly over the box office. Hrithik was considered to be sensitive, smart and urbane in his style and look, which gave him good roles, while Abhishek really took long to start performing better. However, he failed to fetch good roles in Bollywood movies, and one of the filthiest things to happen was the Dhoom 2 onscreen kiss with the green eye actor with Ash made the gaps wider.
4). SRK vs Ajay Devgn
Shah Rukh once had a literal fight with Ajay, his best friend’s (Kajol) hubby. This all began when Rakesh Roshan had approached SRK and Ajay for the movie Karan Arjun. Since Ajay was more suitable as an action hero and script demanded a suitable option between the two. Ajay on the contrary was trying to convince SRK to drop the movie, which he eventually took without even discussing with Ajay. This sparked out the rivalry between the two.
5). Aishwarya Rai Bachchan Vs. Sushmita Sen
The two iconic beauties made India proud over the global map turnout out the Miss World and Miss Universe respectively. The two were seen being the top rivals when it turned out to be the biggest beauty pageant events of the world. They were born to be rivals for all known reasons. It all started when they were seen fighting for the Miss India crown, with one winning it while the other was seen as runner up. When they entered in B Town, they had their roles defined, with Aishwarya chose to move around the trees, while Sush had protagonist role. Though her movie Dastak was a failure yet it helps her to establish her niche in the market. Even in their real life, Ash is known as a classy lady, while Sush is more known for being a woman with a substance appeal.
6). Kareena Kapoor Vs. Bipasha Basu
The two were seen working together in Ajnabee when Kareena was seen in a simple role, while Bips was showcased as a sex symbol. It was during the sets of Ajnabee only when the two actresses developed rivalries in between the two. In fact, Bebo was seen calling as Kali Billi over the sets of Ajnabee to Bips, which she didn’t took it lightly. Soon at one of the episodes of Koffee With Karan Bips and her then boy friend John was seen expressing her views about Bebo’s acting skills, which really helped everyone understand the rivalry found in the two.
7). Aishwarya Rai Vs. Rani Mukherji
Though Sush has been the old time rival of Ash, however, Rani seems to be the current one. Their rivalry started when the SRK and Rani was signed for the film Chalte Chalte, as their chemistry really worked in the B Town. However, the fact was Ash was earlier chosen for the role but consider her old boy friend (Salman)’s anger on one of the sets of Ash movie, she was dropped and was replaced by Rani, giving the rivalries between the two. With this the two old friend turned out foes, which helps in widening the gaps in between the two.
8). Kareena Kapoor Vs. Priyanka Chopra
Though the two had worked in a couple of movies like Aitraz together, however, Bebo getting unnerved about the popularity PC has got finally brought for the rivalry in between the two. Aitraz saw PC being sensual and hot in the movie flirting with his boyfriend Akshay Kumar, however, the Sidhi Sadi wife character of Kareena failed to bring the attention of audience towards her. Similarly the magic of PC in the movie Don with the song Aaj Ki Rat completely overshadowed the one – Yeh Mera Dil.
9). Shah Rukh Khan Vs. Amitabh Bachchan
When SRK was seen giving good movies, it was the same time when Big B returned to action. Big B was soon seen getting tailor made roles along with a number of endorsements giving tough fight to the Badshah of Bollywood. The growing popularity of Big B really damaged the market value of SRK. After successfully hosting the KBC show, SRK was again replaced by Big B giving another reason to remorse.
10). Rani Mukerji Vs. Preity Zinta
The two worked together in the movie Har Dil Jo Pyaar Karega and Chori Chori Chupke Chupke. The two were seen witnessing cold vibes in between the two during the sets of Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna and thus triggered the rivalry in between the two.
