Sunita Kapoor barely needs any introduction as she is the wife of the popular Bollywood Actor Anil Kapoor and mother of style icon Sonam Kapoor. She is a costume designer by profession and a known celebrity in B Town. She has two more kids apart from Sonam Kapoor, Rhea Kapoor, and Harshvardhan Kapoor. The son is an actor, while Rhea is a filmmaker. She was born and brought up in Delhi, while her real name is Sunita Bhambani and was born in 1965. She got married to Anil Kapoor in 1984 and worked as a costume designer when she met her future hubby and got married. Before getting married she was into fashion industry working as a fashion stylist and costume designer. After getting married, she stopped working and led her life as a homemaker.

Besides, being into costume designing, she also appeared in two movies called Judaai and Loafer. Both the films had Anil Kapoor in the lead role with Sridevi and Juhi Chawla in the female leads. Besides, while she was the part of the fashion industry, she also appeared as a model walking on several ramps and remained the part of a few marketing campaigns for few brands. Interestingly when she was dating Anil Kapoor, she used to cancel her modeling shoots and had a good time with Anil Kapoor. At that time Anil Kapoor was struggling to be an actor in Bollywood. Earlier, her parents were not happy with her relationship with Anil Kapoor but later she got the permission to marry him. She has been a strong lady in her family that supported Anil Kapoor in many decisions. In one of the interviews, Anil Kapoor revealed that it was because of his wife only he could focus on his career as Sunita takes care of the home and kids so well.
