Sara Arjun is a popular child actor who was born on 18th June 2005 in Bombay to a Hindu father and a Muslim mother Sanya Ahmed. Her father is an actor who has appeared in a number of films, while her mother is a dance teacher. Her parents are from Bhopal and migrated to Mumbai to pursue the dreams in 2000. She has appeared in a number of TV commercials and movies apart from the short films as well, which include both Hindi and south Indian films.
She got her debut in commercial ad when she was barely one and half years old as was spotted in a mall by ad filmmaker. She then went to shoot for McDonalds and other brands. A south Indian film director called Vijay whom she did a number of commercial ads and short films as well in Mumbai. Her first film as a child actor was Deiva Thirumagal, which was a known Tamil movie. Once the film released, it turned out to be a big hit giving loads of laurels to the cute little girl. She looked cute and skilled in the movie helping the film to earn huge over the box office and giving the rave reviews for the film.
As far as the Bollywood movies are concerned, Sara Arjun first film was Ek Thi Daayan, which was produced by Ekta Kapoor wherein she worked with Emraan Hashmi and Konkana Sen Sharma. The film gave her the cute little kid positive reviews, but failed to get a good response over the box office. Most of the critics have given her positive review, which helped her gain confidence. Some of her south Indian films include Chithirayil Nilachoru, Saivam and Dagudumootha Dandakor, while Jazbaa is her upcoming Bollywood movie, which she is doing with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Irrfan Khan.
