Sanam Puri is a popular singer and vocalist from Bollywood who was born in New Delhi on 30th June 1992. He went to St. Columba’s School in New Delhi and later went to Kirori Mal College to complete his graduation, however, had to drop out owing to the excessive kind of ragging in his college from the seniors. Though he never got any formal training in music or singing, yet has expertise in a number of musical instruments including Piano, guitar and several other instruments. His journey in vocal field started at the age of 16 when he was in Muscat. He gives his credit to his mother and brother for encouraging him into this field and practising music.

Once he dropped out from college, he shifted to Mumbai, the city of dreams. This was the time when he became serious about his career in music and started learning and practising different musical instruments. Sanam with his brother Samar Puri and two other friends like Keshav Dhanraj and Venkar Subramanium joined hands together to form their own band called Sanam. In the year 2011, he was seen embarking with his first album called SQS Supastars and later in 2012 he came out with another album called Samar Sanam with his brother Samar Puri. As far as his professional life is concerned, it all started in 2013.

Sanam Puri recorded his first song in Bollywood called Dhat Teri Ki with Aditi Singh Sharma for the film Gori Tere Pyaar Mein for Imran Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan Film, which was penned down by Kumaar and composed by Vishal-Shekhar. The manager of Puri was able to connect himself with the duo music composer called after giving the two the song Teri Aankhon Se. He then headed to another project called Hasee Toh Phasee in association with Vishal-Shekhar. Apart from the Hindi songs, he is also seen singing for the Telugu films, which include Chandamama Kathalu.

Vasishta N. Simha an actor who is primarily seen in Kannada films. He was born on 19th October 1988 in Bangalore and was raised in this city only. He is a singer as well apart from being an actor. He did his schooling from Sharada Vilas School in Mysore and later went to Sadvidhya School in the same city. He got the chance to work with Hamsalekha who is the music legend from South and thus shifted to Bangalore to make his career in music. He then completed his graduation while working with the music icon from National College, Basavangudi. However, after completing his graduation, he started working as software engineer keeping music still his part-time thing.

But he knew he could not sail in two boats together, hence gave up his software engineer job to take a plunge into the Kannada film industry trying his luck in acting. He soon got the chance to be the part of the film called Hubballi Hudagaru, but was unfortunate to see the movie releasing due to some technical reasons. He did not give up and got the chance in another film called Arya’s Love, which turned out to be his debut film releasing in 2013. However, his first main lead role was only possible with the other movie called Raja Huli released the same year 2013. It was a remake of one of the Tamil movie titled Sundarapandian release one year before. He played the main antagonist in it.

He then got the chance to play in the movie called Rudra Tandava released in 2014, which remained the remake of the Tamil film called Pandiya Naadu. He then got the chance to be the part of the trilingual film called JK wherein he is playing a pivotal role in. The film is releasing this December. Some of his other movies, which are releasing in the coming future include Kalachakra, Kavacha and Mayabazar. As far as awards are concerned, he bagged a few awards including Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actor – Kannada, SIIMA Award for Best Actor in a Negative Role, and IIFA Utsavam Award for Best Actor In a Negative Role-Kannada.

As said, he is also a singer, he has given his voice for the songs like Neecha Sullu Sutho Naalige (Kirik Party), Marete Hodenu (unplugged for Dayavittu Gamanisi) and this year he had Neechamaina (Kirrak Party) and 6ne Maili ( the Title song from 6ne Ma). About his personal life, he is still single, and not much is known about his personal life.

Nitin Kumar is a singer and aspires to do big in this field. He comes from Una, Mubarikpur Himachal Pradesh wherein he was born and brought up at. He is known for his simplicity, and down to earth nature but also known for his sense of humor. He is among the top 10 of Indian Idol. He started singing when he was five years old with his father and participated in festive time with his father. He used to sing Bhajans in the temple and has, therefore, remained a devotee of god and deities of Hindu religion. He did his schooling and college from Una, Mubarikpur Himachal Pradesh and has remained at the forefront during the college cultural programs mainly singing.

It was in 2011 when he first appeared in the reality show at Zee TV called Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Lil Champs at the age of 14 years old. He was declared as the First Runner-up in the said singing reality show for the kids. Some of his achievements include giving his voice for the songs called Nazaare and Beete Nahin Rehna from the Movie, Raja Abroadiya. He also lent his voice in a Punjabi film Kacche Dhaagey called Tere Naal Bitae. He got the chance to share the stage with top Punjabi singers like Gurdas Mann, Master Salim, and Hans Raj Hans.

In the year 2018, he once again got the chance to be on the national TV and finally got the chance to be among the top ten of the popular reality show Indian Idol season 10. During auditions of the show, he simply impressed the judges. He loves Sufi genre songs and has the skills to convert simple songs into classical ones. He has also given his voice to the B Town movie called Raja Abroadiya. Talking about his personal life, he is married and is currently based in Mumbai for apparent reasons. He is active in social media especially when he entered into Indian Idol and rose to popularity after getting into the top ten of the show.

Avanti Patel is an aspiring singer and is selected among the top 10 Indian Idol contestants. She hails from Mumbai where she was born and brought up at. She comes from a family of doctors as both of her parents are medicos, but they never forced her to take up the same life and encouraged her to be a singer. She has done her schooling from Mumbai itself while completed her graduation in Humanities from Xavier’s College and currently pursuing her masters in Music. She started singing when she was of five years old and when her parents realised her talent, they encouraged her with getting formal training in singing and classical music at the age of 13. She learnt music, and since then it was no looking back for her.

Once she decided to take a plunge in music and started her training in classical singing, she then participated in a reality show at Zee Marathi called Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Lil Champs in the year 2008 and emerged among the top 7 contestants. Sachin Pilgaonkar applauded her and gave away the award of the best performer in the said show. The show was hosted by Pallavi Joshi, and it was the first season of this program, which was judged by Avdhoot Gupte and Vaishali. She was among the top contestants of Indian Idol in the 10th season and remains a tough contender in the competition. She has been performing over the stage professionally.

She was lucky to get the chance to record her first album in the year 2010. It was in the month of May 2010 when the girl released her first solo album called Allad a Smiling Melody, which comprised of eight different songs both in Hindi and Marathi. You can find five of her songs in iTunes as well. The music for her songs was given by Varsha Bhave, who happens to be the Hindustani classical vocalist. She has sung in Gujarati Film called Hu Tu Tu Tu in 2015, while she embarked upon with her own musical venture known as Mogra Misc, which released a number of music video series having classical songs in it.
She has carried out the musical shows like #ShamSessions – which was a fun jam session along with her friends trained in music. She was also the part of a venture called FilterCopy showcased in Mithila Palkar starrer movie – Karwaan released recently having Irrfan Khan and Dulqueer Salman. She has also performed with the veteran music composer – Shankar Mahadevan while has done her own show in New Bombay singing the famous song Kajra Re. She has been knowing Mahadevan since her days of Li’l Champs and had performed with the singer and music composer. Interestingly, she is the niece of famous Cricket commentator Harsha Bhogle.
