Salman Khan agrees to pay the distributors for his film’s debacle on box office
Salman Khan and his recently released movie Tubelight has been in news for not doing enough business unlike all his previous films released during the festive season of Eid. This time he has to pay the price for not doing enough business to the distributors The movie that has showcased the actor playing a man and child character failed to live up to the expectations of his fan despite he released the same on EID. Unlike his previous films released on Eid, this time it has failed to impress the audience.
Hence when the distributors went to meet him and his father Salim Khan the duo simply agreed to compensate the distributors about their losses. Well, this is really being so human act by Salman and the Khan family to support the losses of the distributors who are passing through a bad time. as per the news reports published in a tabloid, a couple of distributors wanted to meet the actor as he was also the co producer of the movie.
After the distributors had their meeting with Salman they started going ga-ga over Salman’s genture to compensate the distributors and in the said meeting even his father Salim Khan, was also present. Salman Khan has agreed to compensate the losses of the distributor however the compensation amount is still to be announced. This is not the first time when we have seen any actor compensating the distributors as earlier we have examples like Lingaa in 2014 failed at the box office and Rajnikanth had to bear the lose, similarly, SRK paid distributors thrice for his films including for Dilwale, Asoka and Paheli.
