The God of South Indian Film, Rajnikanth is now having two big films in pipeline to be hitting this year, which include the science fiction film 2.0 and Kaala. While the former is directed by creative filmmaker Shankar and has no issues in getting into the theatres, while the latter is seen with a mafia story and it is directed by Pa Ranjith who is uniting with Rajinikanth for the second time once he made Kabali the last time. The film ‘Kaala’ is produced by the actor Dhanush who is the Rajinikanth’s son-in-law under his own banner  called Wunderbar Films.

The story of this movie has been on the issue of underworld while most of the portions of the movie has been made in Bombay. However, the makers are yet to confirm the date of release and the rumour mills claim that it may be released in the month of August this year. While yet one can find it unclear but looking at the recent reports, it seems that the film has been mired with the issue of plagiarism. This came in light when the Tamil assistant director was seen approaching a city court in Chennai and was seen talking about the story of the movie.
It was reported a number of months ago and a man called Rajasekharan had approached in a city court and had claimed that ‘Kaala’ film story was written by him many years ago and he had given the title of ‘Karikaalan’, so, when Ranjith came up with this film and the story was leaked after roping the superstar Rajinikanth, then only things came in limelight. Now the city court will now deal with petition and said that there is no subtle evidence to prove it. So, what do you have to say about this, do let us know what is your views on this issue with the film.
