Pinky who has  written for MTV Coke studio, films and  albums etc says, “  When music and lyrics come together love has a new voice and that’s how Bheege Hum happened. . I had met Sourabh couple of years back and  this time when he called me to pen his first song…I instantly felt his passion and said yes”.   Pinky’s lyrics have been sung by  Sunidhi Chauhan, Nikhil D souza, Richa Sharma, Kaushiki Chakraborty and many more…

Engineer turned singer  Sourabh  has shared the stage as a lead guitarist with singers & music directors like Mohit Chouhan, Madhushree, Mika, Anu Malik, Salim Sulaiman, Bappi Lahiri, Akriti Kakar & etc. He  currently sings and performs with Rekha Bharadwaj…” Working with Vishal Bharadwaj ( Haider)and  doing shows with Rekha ji has taught me a lot” he says.

He goes on , “When I  decided to create my first original composition  Bheege Hum with co composer  Prashant …I felt it was a gigantic task..where will I find the right lyricist, the right team, studio, director…But then I told myself, one step at a time, With all mighty by my side it will all happen.  When I was  finally singing the song in the recording studio, I had goose bumps!”  Each and everyone came together to make this song happen and believed in me and my dream, I can’t thank  Bheege Hum team enough.”.

When we asked them about acting in the video…they laughed in a child like manner and said “Never say never! it was fun to feature in our  video together..We were friends by now and we felt at ease.
