The B Town has never been short of historical drama movies, and every year we have one of the other released in India. Like this year we had Padmavat, and before that, it was Bajirao Mastani, and then we heard a film made on Rani Laxmi Bai and so on. Adding to this list, we have another film called Panipat. The film has Sanjay Dutt along with Arjun Kapoor and Kriti Sanon in it. As per the latest buzz, the film has hit the floor, and the shooting for the movie has started. The movie is directed by the Lagaan fame director – Ashutosh Gowariker while he along with Rohit Shelatkar are producing the same.
As per the tweets of the Bollywood news portal called Bolly World, the makers have started the shooting for the historical drama. The makers have released the first look poster for the film while we also heard that the director is working hard to create realistic locations to shoot the movie. In fact, he has planned to recreate the Shaniwar Wada for his historical drama. The actors too are leaving no stone unturned to get the realistic look for the characters assigned to them. Like for instance, Arjun Kapoor has shaved off his head and had grown a moustache to get into the character. Sanjay Dutt is playing the lead role in it which was last seen in the film Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster 3.
While Kriti Sanon was seen in the film in the Rajkummar Rao’s movie called Stree where he played the item song called ‘Aao Kabhi Haveli Par’. Arjun Kapoor was seen in the film Namaste England. The film Panipat would be releasing on 6th December 2019, while it is produced under the banners like AGPPL and Vision World. The former is the production company of Ashutosh Gowarikar headed by his wife while the latter is Rohit Shelatkar.
