This week we have one movie hitting the silver screen called A Flying Jatt, The film was released a day before the usual day of release that is on Friday due to the holiday of Janmastami, however, in terms of response the film seemed very much average. The film managed to get a mixed review with most of the reviewers giving low ratings for the film.
Also, the film could not witness much of the pre-buzz release thing for the very same reason despite the tall claims being made by the makers of the movie. Well, talking about the performance of the movie, the film started with an average not in the morning show, which escalated in the evening show to some extent though not that impressive sure.
As per reports, the film could garner around 60 to 70 percent occupancy that too doing better in the north circuits particularly in Punjab. All thanks to the decent amount of fan following of Tiger and some songs in the movie the film seemed oaky at the box office.
As per reports, the first day box office collection for A Flying Jatt tolled to around 6 crores, which is not a bad figure though. The film has a fair chance to do better provided it can garner a good word of mouth buzz in the media in the coming first weekend which seems to be extended one for the film. Let’s see how things will move for the film but as of now, the collection is okay at the box office.
