The film is Based on Novel by B R Bhagwat Banesh called Fene. Fene is known for being a charming, witty and a sharp young man having his own unique investigative abilities. One day he comes to Pune for his medical exam. He was moved with one of the incidents and he decides to investigate some foul behind it. Seeking the help of Aajoba, Aboli and Bhubhu he digs deep to realise that the culprit to the foul play is ‘Appa’ who happens to be deadliest manipulator and cruel person. So, will the young and amateur detective teenager expose this man before the society and how is interesting to explore. How about catching it up?
Original Story : The director, Aditya Sarpotdar, who is known to give some good Marathi and Bengali film is back again with a good movie. He has gone out of the way to understand the psyche of the author who has written the novel and then crafted a fresh and new character out of Fene. The logic in which the character was crafted is interesting to explore. All you need is to catch the film with the right spirit and pace or else you would find it misleading. The filmmaker has tried to tread the path of the author, which has an accurate imagination and lot many science in it.
Now talking about the technical aspects of the film. The boy chosen to play Faster Fene responded so well to the character and has played it the way the character demand. Well the credit goes to the director who has done loads of research before actually creating his character and finding the right teenager actor for the film. The others too remained good and competent but not as Appa in it. The music, screenplay and editing went on smooth and similar is the story of other aspects of the film.
Faster Fene – The Last Word

The fact of the matter is such movies are rare revelation to film industry and the Deshmukhs have been sharp enough to pick the right script for the M Town audience. If you like such genre, it is be a compulsory for movie for you this weekend.

Thank U Vitthala 1st Weekend Box Office Collection
The M Town is no short of movies though it doesn’t release like B Town yet one can see a tangible amount of films released at the end of the year. This Friday, we had the film Thank U Vitthala, which even carried a B Town actor as well, Mahesh Manjrekar who was seen playing the lead role. The film though had a fresh content and unique story yet it failed to garner the required amount of buzz in the media. The film had a mixed review with most of the critics not happy with the technical aspects of the film making. Though it carried a decent star cast but they failed to translate the story in a right manner.
In other words, the film was seen becoming the victim of poor implementation, which turned a big hurdle in getting a good word of mouth buzz in the media. We know that films in M Town can only work with the word of mouth buzz as it fails to have the star power and other features, which the Bollywood films have. Now talking about the way this M Town film has performed, it all started with a meager start. The first day box office collection for Thank U Vitthala netted to around 1.0 crore, which escalated a little on the second day with the collection reaching to 1.25 and finally on the third day it went on to score 1.75 crore on Sunday.
As per reports, the 1st weekend box office collection for Thank U Vitthala reached to around 4 crore. As per the experts, the week days will move dull at the box office and it will continue to get you a meager collection at the box office on the first week collection. The current collection for the film still can be called as a decent one as we know it is really hard for any regional movie particularly the Marathi films to get a good collection over the box office. It was just because of the involvement of the big names from Bollywood, which has made some difference in the fate of the movie.
