Will Neeraj Pandey’s Aiyaari and Akshay Kumar’s Padman clash at the box-office?
With two big releases on the cards for Independence day, it will be a treat to see who wins the heart of the audience.
Preranaa Arora who co-produced the film Padman featuring Akshay Kumar is slated to hit the box office on the same day as Tiolet Ek Prem Katha’s producer’ Neeraj Pandey film Aiyaari starring Sidharth Malhotra.
While Akshay Kumar and Neeraj Pandey have a long journey in the industry together including films like Special 26, Rustom, Rustom and Toilet: Ek Prem Katha all which did well, this time it’s a game changer where both are loggerheads with each other.
R Balki’s Padman features Sonam Kapoor and Radhika Apte along with Akshay Kumar in lead roles and Amitabh Bachchan in a cameo. The film is an inspiration of Arunachalam Muruganantham, a social activist from Tamil Nadu.
