After releasing the posters of the film 1975- Indu Sarkar, the makers have now released the trailer. The movie is directed by the realistic filmmaker, yes you guessed it right Madhur Bhandarkar, which is based on the emergency of 1975 laid down by the then Prime Minister Mrs. Indira Gandhi that came this Friday. The film has Neil Nitin Mukesh, Kriti Kulhari and Anupam Kher in the pivotal roles. The lady in the lead role is Supriya Vinod who will be seen playing the character of former Prime Minister Mrs. Indira Gandhi while Neil NItin Mukesh is seen playing the character of her son Sanjay Gandhi.

The small town girl Kirti Kulhari is also seen starring the lead role in the film along with other big stars of Bollywood including Anupam Kher. Kriti Kulhari, was last seen in Pink along with Big B wherein she will be playing the character of a rebel poet during the emergency era. As you check the trailer of the movie, you get the glimpse of some solid dialogue exchange from Mukesh along with some bold references seen about the Gandhi family.

The trailer stars with the intense dialogue “Ab iss desh me Gandhi ke mayne badal chuke hai.” (In this country now the meaning of Gandhi has been changed). One can find Kirti in the bold role in the film who comes from Rajasthan wherein she has the artist versus government character that we have been catching during the Bihar Assembly elections when a number of artists were seen returning to awards on the issue of intolerance in this country. The political drama is all set to hit the theatres on July 28.
