Remember Batla House encounter that led the killings of a few alleged terrorists in it a couple of years back close to Jamia University. It is a Muslim dominated area often denoted as a ghetto for the congestion it has in it. Nikhil Advani developed a script on it and decided to direct a film based on the encounter on it. This does raised few eyebrows as to why the alleged terrorists killed in the encounter covered in any film and thus would be glorified for no good reason. But the filmmaker was stubborn enough to ignore such views and ideas expressed by the people outside the film , and he planned to embark upon a movie based on it.

Now after a year or so when it was announced in the media, the makers got the attention in the media. It made constant headlines and as we see the makers busy shooting the film and is all set to end it to make it into the post-production phase, they planned to create some buzz in the media for it. Thus to embark upon with a poster was the first thing they had planned to do over the internet. We have a brand new poster released by the makers that showcase the lead actor in the avatar of a police officer. It was John Abraham who shared the poster over the social media and then wrote it took 8 years to proved the resolve the case, which will be showcased in the film in 95 minutes.

The film has a story of a police officer who is both famous for a good and bad reason. John is playing this cop who is both the decorated and controversial police officer. The film will be released next Independence Day in 2019, same as we have seen his previous movie Satyameva Jayate, releasing during the Independence Day eve. When you have John Abraham in any film, you can certainly expect the action and thrill. The film is directed by Nikhil Advani, which is based on the above said encounter was carried out in September 2008. This operation is usually called as the ‘Operation Batla House’ that killed two suspected terrorists.
