Batti Gul Meter Chalu 1st Week Box Office Collection

Batti Gul Meter Chalu

The B Town had some decent releases last year. The included the popular movie starring Shahid Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor called Batti Gul Meter Chalu. The movie had managed to earn good at the box office after the end of the first week. From the very first day to the first weekend, the collection had gone decent reaching to 6.75 and 23.25 Cr respectively. The weekdays then went like this 3.16 on Monday, 2.91 on Tuesday, 2.75 on Wednesday, 2.85 Cr on Thursday reaching the collection of around 3.25 crore respectively giving a decent figure at the end of the first week.

So as per the box office India reports, the film has a decent hold over the first week. The film has so far collected around 35.10 Cr. So, all in all the picture was good for the film in terms of box office collection. However, this Friday with the advent of the Yash Raj Films called Sui Dhaaga, it is likely to be hampered. The collection of BGMC will be low as never for the new movies releasing this Friday. Thus we have very less collection to enjoy. This will continue till the next weekend as the collection of the film will be hitting with its advent of the new movie.

In fact, the other film released last Friday was Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s Manto, however, it failed to make a mark at the box office, which eventually helped the other release Batti Gul Meter Chalu. The collection from Friday will slower down with the release of the Anushka Sharma and Varun Dhawan movie called Sui Dhaaga for obvious reasons including higher star cast and better performances as well. On the face of it the collection for the film BGMC will remain the same and it will continue coming forward. The lifetime collection of the film will restrict to 65-70 crore the max, and that too it will take a bit more of the time in getting the collection back. Stay tuned to know more about this film and others only with us.
