Babumoshai Bandookbaaz, and Qaidi Band 1st Weekend Box office collection

Babumoshai Bandookbaaz Movie Review

The passed Friday had three movies releasing the same day, one big commercial film called A Gentleman and the other two include Babumoshai Bandookbaaz, and Qaidi Band. Though the film A Gentleman witnessed a decent surge in the first weekend, the other two remained with the same pace. Now, let’s start with the film Babumoshai Bandookbaaz, the film has Nawazuddin Siddiqui in the lead role. Though in terms of performance, he has simply nailed it with his performance, however, the film failed to garner positive reviews both by the audience and critics. This has certainly hampered the collection of the box office.

Talking about the box office collection, the film Babumoshai Bandookbaaz, which happens to be yet another Nawazuddin Siddiqui movie has managed to get a collection of around 2.05 crore on the first day. The film’s collection remained similar on the first Saturday and Sunday as well. His earlier solo starrers films also scored similar collection which include Manjhi – The Mountain Man, Haraamkhor and Raman Raghav 2.0 and the current one is no different. So, talking about the first weekend collection of Babumoshai Bandookbaaz tolled to around 6.5 crores. And the experts feel that this will continue with the coming times as well.

Now, the last film that is away from being the talk of the town include Qaidi Band, which remained as a poor show. Talking about the footfalls, there were barely any to see. The film managed to collect 25 lakhs in its basket on the first day, while the fate has to be sealed for the Yash Raj Film Production. This is the one, which remains the highest ever disappointment for the Yash Raj Films as it has given the lowest of low collection for the makers since past 20 years. As per reports, the first weekend box office collection for Qaidi Band tolled to around 1.5 crores, which is really low.
