Baadshaho & ‘Shubh Mangal Saavdhan 1st Weekend Box Office collection
Last Friday, we have two movies releasing, which include both Baadshaho and Shubh Mangal Saavdhan. Let’s check how these two films have performed over the box office. Now, let’s check about Baadshaho the Ajay Devgn starrer movie along with others in it. Well, as per the reports, the film seemed moving smooth over the box office. After collection 10.10 crore over the box office on the first day, the film continued to do better over the box office on the second and the third day as well. The film scored 13 crore on the second day along with the third day as well.
As per reports, the 1st weekend box office collection for Baadshaho tolled to around 36.50 crore, which is actually a decent collection for sure. The film now with this figure happens to be the eight highest opening weekend collection of the year and it soon raised to the highest collection for the Ajay Devgn starrer movie like ‘Singham Returns‘ and ‘Bol Bachchan’. Even for the serial kisser, Emraan Hashmi, it was his highest opening weekend collection film which has beaten up ‘Raaz 3’ by around Rs 2 crore. Ajay & Emraan have worked together in films like ‘Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji’ and ‘Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai’.
Now, let’s talk about the other film called ‘Shubh Mangal Saavdhan‘ which has the actors together who have worked earlier. Though both Bhumi and Ayushmann and their charismatic chemistry seemed okay but their movie failed to impress the audience in a big way. The film though seemed opening up with the collection of Rs. 2.64 crore on Friday and it tolled to around 5.50 crore INR on Saturday, which has given a meager collection at the end of the 1st weekend. As per the reports, the 1st weekend box office collection tolled to around 10.10 crore.
