The Zee TV is soon going to start a new TV serial called Amma, which is based on the life of Jenabai Daaruwali who was among the powerful personality in Mumbai underworld. The serial will showcase the journey of the rise of this lady don and the way she has dominated her regime over the five decades once her husband passed away. She then gets into the illegal business of smuggling by networking with smugglers like Dawood Ibrahim and Haji Mastan. The characters of these dons have been given fictional name that are being played by south Indian actors like Muniswami Mudaliar and others.
The promos of the TV serial are running in all the Zee family channels. And the serial has entered into the promotion mode, which brings in the makers of the serial to release promos and posters of the same.
