Aamir Bats for Fatima Sana Shaikh in SRK’s film allowing Kareena Kapoor’s exit
Ever since Aamir Khan has done Dangal with Fatima Sana Shaikh two years before, her career has gone in the right shape. Fatima has got a few movies along with several brand endorsements as well. The’Dangal’ girl had surpassed the expectations of Aamir in a big way getting even the mega projects like ‘Thugs of Hindostan’ opposite Aamir and Big B. the young actress has now been approached to play the female lead in a film starring Shah Rukh Khan. And if reports are to be believed, Kareena Kapoor was earlier considered for the role but Aamir Khan suggested Fatima’s name for the part.
Aamir Khan after his last film was offered the biopic on Rakesh Sharma, however, due to his ambitious film -Mahabharata, he had to give up this venture. He then recommended Shah Rukh Khan to play this character in the said biopic. We even saw SRK applauding Aamir for this gesture, and he also thanked him for the same. Now, the makers were supposed to cast Kareena Kapoor Khan for the biopic called Saare Jahaan Se Accha, but as we know Fatima wanted to work with SRK, Aamir then pushed her name before the makers. Now, Fatima Sana Shaikh is the part of the said biopic with Shah Rukh Khan. We also heard rumours that Aamir and Fatima have been into a relationship. However, both denied about the same, and now we see Fatima be the part of the biopic movie.
Both Aamir Khan and Shah Rukh Khan had their movies failing at the box office. Thugs of Hindostan failed to impress the audience. The Aamir Khan’s film was restricted to 150 crores while Shah Rukh Khan’s film Zero also had not much to offer to the audience and it only gave the collection of 90 crores failing even to enter into the 100 crores despite the stellar performances of the lead actors. In fact, Shah Rukh Khan’s bad time has been going on since past few years as all his films include Jab Hary Met Sejal, Fan, Dilwale and Raees failed to impress the audience at the box office. Now, he seems to have hope for the biopic, which is now titled as Salue. The film has Anurag Basu as director, and it showcases the life of Rakesh Sharma, who was the Indian Air Force officer turned astronaut. He was the first Indian to travel the space.
